Hi,

  

 

              I am Rosella, I am one of the women in the TLC Home for Samaritan Women. I have been here for about three months now, straight from the county jail, which was kind of funny how I ended up here. I had been asking the Lord for a Christian program, I had never even heard of  Samaritan Women in my life, and when I went before a judge he was sentencing me to an intense program called Samaritan women, and I’m arguing back saying  I wanted to go to a Christian program, after about 2 min of debate I finally gave in and agreed to go to an intense 12 step program. The judge never told me it was faith based, so I sat & waited for God to open a door.  Angel Thomas the Case Manager comes to interview me only to assure me that this is a faith based program, she prayed for me and left, I only believe it was God that sent Angel Thomas. I’ve have been here since April 3rd and the classes here have had a great part in helping me keep my eyes focused on the Lord No MATTER how hard the devil hits or attacks God, new exactly what I needed.  Romans 8:29 says to guard my heart and here I’m learning to do that against drugs, alcohol, and men of the world. Samaritan has so much love to give and they just keep on giving from the heart. I want to be part of these women and give back to women who need to be loved. I plan to stay plugged into this ministry, and give back the love for all they have done for me and so many other women like me.
